Presentation & Meeting Rooms
New to this year's conference, private presentation rooms are the perfect space for a training seminar, product demonstration or meeting with clients or staff. These presentation rooms are conveniently nestled between the session rooms and the conference registration area.
There are two presentation rooms available (Angus & Strathcona Rooms).
Presentation Rooms | $125 CDN per 1.5hr Booking
The presentation rooms are available in 1.5 hr bookings Wednesday & Thursday May 25-26 2011: 10:30 to 12:00, 13:30 to 15:00, 15:30 to 17:00 and Friday May 27, 2011 at 10:30 to 12:00. Any food services or audio visual equipment required in these rooms is the responsibility of the company renting.The charge for renting a space is $125.00 per 1.5 hr block.
Strathcona Room Capacity: 20 Theatre Style, 25 Reception Style
Angus Room Capacity: 30 Theatre Style, 30 Reception Style
